Tweak Your Habits and Buy Smart

Mother Nature´s art

For years, I have been watching and wondering why all around me, masses of people are trying to copy the so-called beautiful people. People are doing their best to look like them at any cost, almost as if they didn´t have a mind of their own.

Somehow we have been led to believe that the more shocking and shiny we look, the better we look. Could the reason be that so many people have been put down and/or let down too many times by too many people?

The only way to strike back, is to overdo everything about your appearance, by trying to be someone we are not?

The Screaming Method

We all know what the screaming method is all about. Children have used it to get what they want. The louder they scream, the more attention they get. Sometimes this works very well and at other times not.

When this method has been used for too long, no one bothers to pay any attention to the screamer anymore. Therefore, they have to scream even louder and everyone knows what that leads to. Nothing good.

We have now come to a point, where many of us know that something has to give. This something is the fact that we are all valuable and beautiful in our own skin. We deserve to be appreciated in the same way as all the celebrities and beautiful people out there. We need to be happy as we are.

If you are always trying to be and do what everyone else is being and doing, this tells me that you are not listening or looking at who you are yourself.

Why is that? Has someone told you that you are not as valuable as the next person or that you are not as good looking as someone else? Are you not being treated in a way you should be treated?

My advice to you is to stop listening to comments that are not making you feel good.

Look in the mirror and be happy with what you see. Make better friends with yourself. You will find that there is a valuable person inside you. That person can look like a million dollars if you just let it.

If you are not sure about what I am talking about, think of all the trees and the forest. Every tree looks different, and it is beautiful.

You don´t judge trees and flowers. Nor do you compare roses to dandy lions and tell them to change color or shape, so that they could look more attractive!

Even to say that out loud sounds very peculiar, don´t you think? So, why are you trying to disguise your best qualities? Why are you trying to be something that you are not? You are enough as you are.

The Coloraija Method

Mother Nature has been around for a long time. Much longer than you and me. She and her ways will be here long after we have left. So, why not take a hint from her and thank her for it?

Colors is one factor you can easily fix. There is a reason why you have the coloring that you have. Be proud of it.

During all my years advising people on their best colors, I saw a tremendous change in people when they finally discovered which colors they needed. The change was not only an outer change. Change happened also on the inside as a boost of self-confidence.

Why are we using colors that don´t match our own beautiful personal coloring? Why are we behaving like children in a candy shop throwing all colors in one bag?

We have now come to a point, where this must change. If we continue behaving in the same way as we have always done, we are robbing ourselves of our best qualities and what is naturally ours.

You need to embrace what was given to you by your parents when you were born. Be happy with what you have. You will be more in balance and happy when you support yourself. The easiest way is to start using colors that resonate with your personal coloring.

Everybody´s colors are beautiful.

When I discovered my best colors, life was never the same again. It was as if I had been sleeping in the shadows for years and woke up to live life at its best.

You can do it too. If you want to. You just need to have a bit of courage to try out new things.

To start finding out your own best colors, think which of the following describes your coloring best:

* LIGHT

* DEEP

* SOFT

* CLEAR

* WARM

* COOL

One of these color characteristics is more dominant in your own coloring. What do you see?

What About Black?

If everyone looks the same and wears all the same colors, the end result is very boring. Like when people today think they look fantastic if they just put on black.

This is something we have been led to believe and that is not true at all! People with deep coloring, one way or another, look great wearing black. For everyone else, black overpowers their coloring and takes the center stage. It´s the law of nature.

Black is such a strong color that it needs a strong coloring to create harmony. For others, black

overpowers their own coloring and takes the center stage. That is how colors work.

There are other deep colors for all the other people to look wonderful in, but those colors are colors that look deep against their own coloring without overpowering them.

If colors you wear stand out more than you do, as a person, then it is a good idea to fix the shade and intensity of the color you are wearing. Unless, of course, you want the focus to be on your clothes, instead of you.

It is all about the vibration and frequency of colors. They have a “secret” language, which you can learn to use for your benefit. It is a soft energy that we don´t necessarily feel, see or hear.

The funny thing I have noticed over these years is that when people find their own colors and start using them, they are not only more beautiful, but they are also happier and more confident. They have a better self-esteem knowing that they are looking great.

The vibrations of the colors we wear also touch us internally and gives us an inner glow that is noticed by others.

When using colors that do not resonate with your own coloring, they “put out” your own colors. Then you wonder why you don´t make the same impression as the celebrity, who used their own color scheme.

When you get it right, it feels good on the inside as well as on the outside.

The good thing about colors is that they are free, unlike so many other things in this world.
